Jondo Mixed Poultry Hen Grit

The mixture consists of both soluble and insoluble grit mixed in suitable proportions.

Soluble soft calcium grit which is absorbed into the bird’s system, making it healthy and ensuring strong shelled eggs and contributing to the well-being of the bird.

Insoluble hard grit which has grinding action in the gizzard, aiding the grinding up of food and ensuring the bird is able to digest food properly. Hens do not have any teeth so this is especially important.

Please note, grit is best fed on the ground or from a poultry grit feeder.
