Feeding Grass Pellets means that your horse is able to benefit from fresh grass all year round. Grass Pellets can be fed dry in small quantities, such as a treat in the hand or released gradually from a suitable treat ball, or they can be soaked until free from lumps to make a hydrating mash. For larger quantities, for example a meal, or for horses and ponies with reduced chewing ability, soaking to a mash is recommended to avoid the risk of choke.
