I had a really positive experience shopping at Rooke’s this morning. As someone with limited mobility, I often find shopping on my own quite difficult. When I arrived right at opening, a member of staff was outside putting out the sign. They greeted me with a friendly good morning and immediately offered help, which I really appreciated. I had planned to buy a smaller bag of dog food because I knew I wouldn’t be able to manage a 12kg bag on my own, but thanks to their support, I was able to get the larger one I actually needed. The staff member kindly pushed the trolley for me, helped pick up the dog food, found some other items I needed and made sure everything was taken to the till. The lady at the checkout was just as helpful, and another team member pushed the trolley for me and came out to assist me in loading everything into my car. The whole experience was smooth, kind, and genuinely thoughtful from start to finish. It made a big difference to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again. Highly recommended for both great service and friendly staff.

I always go here for my pet supplies, very satisfied for the range of products they have. Staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend to anybody

Its great it has all sorts of different pet items and is perfect for all pets it has toys bones chewing toys and leads and coats and clothes to make you dogs (nessacerily) cute and look like little fuzzballs with coats

Great customer service from the young chap who helped me locate the heat pad I required and then promptly opened a till to serve me. Great range of well priced products.
